Adult Water Classes
All adult water classes are for ages 15 and older.
Adult Water Exercise Schedule:
Adult Water Adjustment Lessons - NON Swimmers
For non-swimmers who are interested in becoming comfortable in the water. Floating, vertical to horizontal positioning, and personal safety skills will be worked on. Participants work at their own pace in a peer group setting.
Wednesdays.....6:15-7:00pm
Adult Swim Lessons - Beginner/Intermediate
Class for beginner through intermediate swimming levels. Participants work at their own pace in a peer group setting.
Saturdays.....8:00-8:45am
Master Swimming - Intermediate/Advanced
For recreational swimmers, lap swimmers, tri-athletes and competitive swimmers - refine strokes or get specialized workouts. Must be able to swim two lengths of the pool with good form.
Saturdays.....6:45-8:00am

Senior Swim - 65 years and older
Swimming is one of the best exercises for seniors. It is safe and easy on the body, allowing people to move their bodies without bearing their weight. It can provide a complete workout. Swiming can also increase muscle strength, ease muscle tension and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00-2:00pm
$2.00 per visit - must have a Y Facility or Program Membership
