Y Muscle Moves
Strengthen, condition and define muscle in this class. A variety of resistance equipment is used to achieve results. This class is suitable for all fitness levels
Mondays and Wednesdays......6:00-7:00pm
Thursdays and Thursdays......7:00-8:00pm
C3 - Cardio, Core, Calm
This class will use a vairety of equipment and concentrate on cardiovascular conditioning and core work (abs, back and hips) and will end with stretching. A great total body workout!
