Annual Giving Campaign 
Strong Kids, Stronger Communities 
Financial assistance keeps the Y available for people of all ages who need us the most. Recipients range from the young to the old. Sometimes the funds help seniors who can regain mobility only through aquatic exercise. In other instances, the money helps families whose income has been reduced, but the Y allows them to continue a commitment to good health. The recipients vary widely, but each has in common the capacity to benefit from Y membership.

The Annual Giving Campaign supports three major areas of the Y:
1. To provide finanical assistance to people of all ages with special financial needs. In 2010, the Y helped 121 families through the Y Care Initiatives. It also is used to subsidize mission-worthy programs such as senior aquatics and youth programs.
2. To subsidize the 7th Grade Initiative, which is a FREE program offered to all 7th graders who attend school in the City of Vineland (public and private). We hope to encourage 7th graders to choose healthy habits that would continue into adulthood.
3. To support the FREE, 12-week, small group program for adult cancer survivors: LiveStrong at the Y.

In Kind Gifts
We welcome your in-kind contribution along with or in lieu of cash donations. This is generally professional services, but other examples include office supplies and equipment, furniture and other supplies. You can be assured that you gift will be well utilized.
