Piloxing
Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging. It blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.
Mondays......5:30-6:30pm

Yoga/Pilates
Strengthen your core through the benefits of Pilates and increase flexibility through yoga.
Saturdays......8:00-9:00am
Pilates
Increase strength, improve flexibility, strengthen your core, and improve posture and overall balance with a main focus on core muscles.
Wednesday......4:30-5:10pm
Hoops for Boomers
New basketball program for adults 40 years and older - learn new skills, enjoy an old pastime, have fun and connect with others!
