YMCA Counselor in Training program
Our Counselors In Training program is a great way to gain work experience and learn vital leadership skills. CIT's get the chance this summer to impact children, work in a professional setting, and engage with their peers. Participating in this program is a fun way for your teenager to learn the basics of leadership and build responsibility while enjoying themselves all the while.
Our CITs will learn:
- Responsibility
- How to interact and cooperate in a work environment
- Childcare experience
