School's Out - Holiday Care

2023-2024 Holiday Care Information

When school is closed Holiday Care is available at the Y for an additional fee. Holiday Care participants will be offered a variety of planned and age-appropriate activities such as sports, health and fitness, group games, reading, art activities, and swimming. Holiday Care requires all participants to have a minimum of a YMCA Program Membership, must pre-register, and make payment prior to the day of care. 

Registration packet and Food Program Application must be completed one time, upon your first registration for the 2023-2024 school year. Packets will be kept on file for the remainder of the school year.

   - Both locations are open to children in any school district

Our Y offers four convenient options for registering your child(ren):

  1. Stop at the Y to register your children
  2. Mail your completed registration packets to us at 1159 E Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360. Please send with attention to the Before and After Care Program. A friendly YMCA staff person will call to complete registration once your packet is received.
  3. Fax documents to (856)212-3329. Please send with attention to the Before and After Care program. A friendly YMCA staff person will call to complete registration once your packet is received.
  4. Scan and email completed documents to cmadison@ccaymca.org

*Membership Requirement*
All Before and After School participants are required to have at least a $30 Annual Program Membership. A Program Membership entitles your child, or family, to participate in YMCA programs such as the Holiday Care program. Other programs include swim lessons, youth sports, youth dance, and more!
