Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice? This 6-week program is designed for individuals looking to strengthen the connection between mind and body through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Each week, we’ll explore different aspects of Yamas and Niyamas, integrating them into our practice as we flow through asanas.
