All guests and visitors must check in with Member Services prior to entering the facility.  If your information and photo are not already in our database, you must show photo ID and sign our visitor log book. All persons must abide by our standard code of conduct, facility rules, and age guidelines. Failure to comply with facility rules or code of conduct could result in loss of visitor or guest privileges without refund. For the safety of our children and members, the following are our guest guidelines:

Eligibility Requirements for Active Members:

  • All Guests MUST visit with an active CCA YMCA member.
  • The active member must be present at the time of the visit.
  • Members are permitted to bring 3 non-member guests per year.
  • Guests must be brought in by the member one at a time (or one family at a time), No groups will be permitted.

Eligibility Requirements for Guests:

  • MUST visit with an Active member whose account is in good standing.
  • The Guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID and complete all necessary paperwork prior to entering the facility.
  • Guests under 18 require a parent/guardian to be present with them during the visit – the parent/guardian can not leave the facility during the minor’s visit.
  • Parent/guardian must present a birth certificate or proof of legal guardianship for each minor child. (Not required for Nationwide Members accompanied by their minor child once verified in the Nationwide system)
  • No one other than the parent/guardian can sign for a minor child. (No neighbors, friends or other adults can bring in or sign for minor child.)
  • Each guest will only be allowed 1 guest pass. Once they have used the facility, they must become a member to re-enter.
  • All guests must wear a Blue wristband in plain sight during their visit. Removal will result in staff requiring the guest to leave the premises.
  • Member Service staff will write the date of the visit and the number of the Active Member on the wristband. (If the guest is a minor, Member Services will also write the age of the child on the band to verify what areas they will be permitted access to.)
