Families with children 8+ can utilize the Family Health and Adventure Center at anytime, together - complete with Ninja Course, Game Bikes, Heavy Ball Game, cardio and strength equipment. Ages 11+ can utilize the Scarpa Family Fitness Center and the Galetto and D'Onofrio Free Weight room at any time with a parent. There are also "Youth and Teen" times where 11+ can utilize the fitness centers without an adult, during alloted hours. Please note: youth cannot be left unattended in this area, parent or guardian must be present with child(ren) at all times, unless otherwise noted.

Families with children 11-15 can utilize any of our Fitness Centers, the Kontes Pool (family/open swim times), and the Milam Family Multipurpose Center with a parent or guardian at any time, based on the schedules in place (Pool/MPC).
